SWA Fans and Teammates!
It's time to order your gear for the 2013/14 wrestling season!
Orders are due September 1 - no late orders will be accepted!
Below are instructions.
1. Print & fill out the following form: Apparel Order Form (pdf version)
2. Give form & payment to TJ or Ryan/Johanna Kittelson at practice on or before 9/1/13.
3. If you will NOT be at practice on or before 9/1/13, please mail form & payment to:

4. All apparel items will be delivered to SWA practice in Mason City. If you would like your apparel mailed to you, please add $6 to your order and make sure to fill out the required information on the form.
Most items will be ready mid to late September. My House MMA shorts will take approximately 8 weeks.
